I would never

This is one of the few of Indonesian bands who writes its lyrics in English. Mocca is a Bandung-based band with 4 members. I just know that Arina, the vocalist, is sister to Dewi Lestari. To date the band has released 2 album plus one mini album for which one of the song dedicated to movie "Untuk Rena" in 2005 (?). A charming second album in 2004 with full of melodious, orchestrated pop/bossa-pop garnished with trumpet, trombone and flute. This time with guest appearances from Karolina Komstedt (Sweden - Club 8) and Bob Tutupoly.

Since their first appeareance, I have known this indiepop band has something different sense as compared to other bands. [And Laluna off course, same Bandung's origin band]. Now, I am enjoying their album (not all as yet actually), thanks to multiply.com that become a new huge source for *.mp3 lists. One of my favorite songs are "I would never" and "Secret admirers". Their lyrics are simple yet meaningful, but yes the musics are melodious.

You should try to listen this "I would never" song; a swing, brass sounds that will flatter your ears and bring you flying to a lawn of luscious green grass [the place where the videoclip should be taken] **hey honey, we miss it**
. In this song Mocca featuring Karolina Komstedt, a Swedish CLub 8's vocalist. The sound should not as much happier as its lyrics, though. Lucky you this song also is available at youtube.com. Having seen this clip, I have to say that this clip should not like that way, mppfff... I've told you it should be at the green grasses. Anyway, here is my first youtube.com clip on my blog. Enjoy!

I would never

Sentimental feeling in my heart
Growing bigger stronger everyday
Every single day and every night
All of them mean more than words can say
Believe me, as I believe in you
I would never run away from you
I would never ever lie to you
I would never run away from you
I would never ever let you down
